Motorhome roof resealing is an important part of regular maintenance. We always do motorhome roof repairs before applying the new roof coating. The material we use depends on what type of roof you have.

Protecting your investment starts with the roof.  Our motorhome roof pressure washing and inspection will ensure you don't get an expensive surprise after the next big rain.  We will start by inspecting the entire perimeter of your RV roof.  We take pictures of any damaged seals and create an estimate for RV roof repairs required.  After the inspection we use a special power washer to remove dirt, tree sap, and any crusty oxidation.

Is your roof top AC unit not as cold as it used to be?  Does the air not blow as hard as it should?  We fix that!  Let us get on the roof, clean the condensor coil and check for damaged components or signs of a leak.  We will also check the roof seal and filter. Cleaning a dirty condenser coil can lower the inside supply air temperature by 10 to 20 degrees. If a good cleaning doesn't make it run better, we can suggest repairs or upgrades to keep you cool in the summer heat. 

We will perform an inspection unique to your RV.  Some standard services include a brake check, test drive, electrical inspection, appliance test and roof inspection.  We will prepare a written estimate of items needed for you to review.  Repairs can be completed same day.

Is your motor home or towed vehicle AC not as cold as it should be?  We can inspect the system, change the cabin air filter and top off the system with up to 1 pound of R134 refrigerant.  If this doesn't make it colder in an hour or less, we can provide an estimate of repairs needed.

We will perform an oil change and safety check on your motor home based on the manufacturer requirements.  We check all fluids, visual inspection of the brakes, test drive, light check, appliance check and basic electrical inspection.  You can request specific items be looked at based on your needs.  We dispose of the old oil and filter.

You probably didn't think about your leveling jacks needing regular service and inspections.  Don't ignore this, as a pump damaged by low fluid level can cost well over $1000 to replace!  We will lubricate the leveling jacks, pivot points, spring seats and inspect the seals for leaks.  We also change the hydraulic oil & test it afterwards.  This should be done every 3 to 5 years on average. 

Do your tank sensors show half full but you know that it's empty?  Time to clean it out!  We use a special high-pressure water jet tool as well as commercial grade enzymes to clean your waste tanks & sensors.  Don't wait until you flood the rv because the sensor reads wrong!

• If you hear a squeal or the motorhome doesn't stop as good as it used to, it could be time for brakes.  We offer a front brake pad replacement starting at $250 for Ford E-350 and 2500 Series Sprinter chassis.  E450 and others may be slightly more money.  Brake rotors will be measured to ensure safety.  Any other repairs required will be suggested at the time of service.  Standard 1 year warranty, 3 year warranty if you are an RV inspection club member. Don't let mold & mildew ruin your RV!  We offer a roof inspection & seal evaluation to address problems before the rain comes.  We can repair damaged areas and seal them using commercial grade acrylic sealants.  No cheap silicone garbage will ever be used on your RV roof! Standard warranty on roof work is 6 months.  RV Inspection club members get a 2 year warranty.  

We start with a test drive, then we will lift the front of your vehicle and remove the wheels to evaluate the brake condition.  Standard service includes brake pad replacement and lubrication of the moving parts.  The rotors will be measured for safety, and an estimate of additional repairs will be provided after the evaluation.  Rear brake check price TBD at time of service.

The price for assessment will be applied to the total cost of repairs should you decide to have us repair the brakes.
